At Nikki's Supply Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive your return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original, unused condition and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation inside.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our warehouse facility.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
